Didael was founded in 1983. Its core business objective was to offer products, services and integrated solutions for Human Learning (education, teaching and training).

Advances in technology have allowed Didael to broaden its business to include other Web knowledge solutions for management of information, communication, and education and training, meaning that Didael is now classified as a Web Knowledge Management company.

Crucial to Didael's design, development and delivery of integrated solutions is a user-centred design which continually seeks a balance between technology and the human element. Solutions are also flexible, meaning that they can be adapted to changing technical, social and economic environments.

Over the years, Didael has invested heavily in applied research on both a national and European level. Potential solutions are shared with clients, encouraging mutual understanding and business growth. Didael also pursues a policy of partnerships with other centres of excellence when capabilities are not available in-house.

Didael is a holder of the quality certification ISO 9001 (ANCIS n. 142); it is the first e-Learning company in Italy to receive the award.
