In the local language “Harambee” means to work together. It is not only the name of a project but a way of life, that expresses itself in particular actions and ways of behaving. To work together it is necessary to share with others their toil and also understand and respect the cultural differences.

This is the only way to develop in the local populations a sense of belonging to a group, which is essential to stop the flight towards the great urban areas and to guarantee the good result of the mutual efforts.
